Playstation Price Cut

Sony has suprised everyone and cut the price of the Playstation 3 by $100. It has never been a better time to buy a Playstation 3 as Sony are highly unlikely to make another price cut. The price of the 60GB PS3 is $499 now.

Sony have also announced that they will bring the 80GB PS3 into the US market for $599 next month.

It is interesting how much Playstation 3 prices have actually gone down!??


One would have thought with the short supply and Christmas coming that the prices would be going up. Instead, prices as seen at Playstation 3 Bible shows prices for the 60GB PS3 with a $362 saving @ $920.50, and 20GB PS3 with a $305 savings @ $764.


Ebay has quite a few listings as well as can be seen @ Playstation 3 Auction Search.

The PS3Bible prices look better when considering the warranty and shipping though compared to Ebay.
